About project Together+
The Together+ project aims to support a more efficient and sustainable transition in social care across Europe. Running from November 2022 to October 2025, the project brings together partners from five countries to collaborate on improving the management of deinstitutionalization (DI) processes. Through the creation of an international platform, methodological guidelines, and a specialized training program, Together+ fosters the exchange of best practices and innovative approaches to empower social care systems and enhance inclusion.
